The healing power of water

Water is the juice of the earth and represents 75% or more of our internal make-up. Clean, pure water has many health benefits, and its fluidity encourages the purification of our internal systems.

Drink at least 6 to 8 cups of fluids daily, including mostly pure spring water or water that has been filtered. Herb teas may be sweetened with a little raw honey, sweet molasses, stevia or rice syrup.

Tea Time!

Pouring boiling water into a heated pot and adding bags or herbs is a ritual that unites people from all over the world. It can be a healthy pastime. Select tea according to your needs. Some herbs stimulate and others relax. Stress responds favorably to lemon balm or melissa, also known as bee-balm for its power to draw bees to its fragrant minty, lemony flowers at the end of summer.

Create your own health spa @home in your bath

For a relaxing and detoxifying bath, add 2 cups of mineral or Epsom salts to a jug with a lid. Pour into this mixture a little warm water and 4 to 5 drops each of pine and lavender aromatherapy oil. This potent combination helps to stimulate circulation, and strengthens mind and spirit. Shake well and pour into the hot bath. Agitate the water so that the salts and plant essences dissolve properly. Lie back and relax for 15 to 30 minutes.

बोटी and wheatgrass

Nature provides us with all we need to care for ourselves. The 'wild' is not chaotic and disordered. Our earth is a beautiful jewel. The true essence of beauty and balance is encapsulated in Mother Earth's majestic mountains, ancient forests and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!

Fields of wheat rippling in the breeze ... how apt that the baby stage of the wheat plant (THE GRASS) is being toted as a *top* Anti-Aging Remedy! Wheatgrass stimulates tissue growth and cell regeneration. According to researchers, the young wheat plant contains substances that can actually encourage cells to grow younger instead of older as the years go by. Doctors at Temple University in Philadelphia discovered that the green solution (chlorophyll - 70% of the solute in Wheatgrass) seemed to thicken and strengthen cell walls. Derivatives of wheat are currently being used in many leading cosmetic houses because of their antioxidant and vitamin E properties. These and other properties in wheat, and especially wheatgrass, are powerful allies in the fight against aging skin.

Enhance your natural beauty with Wheatgrass!

A superbly gentle skin cleanser, wheatgrass is also a wonderful toner. It helps to increase the skins elasticity and reduce wrinkles. When applied regularly to the skin it will eventually fade blemishes and sunspots. It stimulates the growth of healthy new skin and 'tightens' older skin. Quickly absorbed by the skin, it leaves it feeling silky smooth and gives it a golden glow. Wheatgrass pulp, which is the residue-after-juicing, can be applied as a topical application. Simply rub it on the body and leave it on for 20 minutes or so before a shower.
